It is for people who have have recently received Yeshua as their Saviour and King but it is also for people who like to mature in their prayer life. You may add your own prayers as the Holy Spirit leads you. I found it very helpful because it is just basic Bible verses to which you can add your own prayers. Fasting
Fasting and consecration will help to come closer to God. In the book of Hebrews it is said that God is a rewarder of those who seek Him dilligently. Fasting is one of the most powerful tools to go and seek Yeshua in the secret place and to still all other voices in our head.
