We kunnen alles eten die de aarde produceert

Vasten en bidden:

Jou doel in vasten is om vrijwillig dichter tot God te komen en te negeren alle vereisten van het vlees. Jou gebedsleven moet toenemen tijdens deze tijd. De Schriftgedeelten studeren met een nieuwe intensiteit. Wanneer vasten over is, zul je een nieuwe geestelijke kracht hebben door te overwinnen de hevige verlangen dat gewoonlijk je leven controleert en van jezelf toewijden aan God.

Bijbels model:

Doe een persoonlijke studie over vasten. Zie het boek Daniel hoofdstuk 2 en 10, beschrijft Daniel twee voorbeelden van zijn persoonlijk vasten en de dramatische resultaten. Jesaja beschrijft Gods gekozen vasten in Jesaja 58. Jezus vastte in de wildenis (Mat.4) en sprak van de noodzaak van vasten voor gelovigen. het was een gewoonte van de vroegere kerk. Vasten is een manier dat we gehoor geven aan de vermaning door de Schrift te sterven aan onze eigen wil en ons niet te herbergen in de lusten van het vlees.

Onze eigen geweten volgen:

De juiste detaille over jou vasten is tussen jou en God. In Romeinen 14 beschrijft Apostel Paulus hoe we in liefde moeten brengen aan een ander de zaak van we moeten eten of kiezen niet te eten. Als je regelmatig vast moet je, je vasten naar een ander niveau brengen gedurend de vastentijd. Als dit je eerste keer is zal het moeilijk zijn om op dezelfde manier te vasten als iemand die geregeld vast. In de toekomst, leef een "vasten leefstijl", God geregeld welgevallig zijn en niet het vlees.

Onthoud je van televisie en amusement:

Het zal moeilijk zijn voor jou om jezelf toe te wijden, terwijl je jezelf voedt met televisie en films tijdens die vasten periode.

Overzicht van het vasten:

Tijdens Daniel's vasten maakt hij drastische beperkingen door het weglaten van normale eetgewoonte die je eetlust bevorderd. Tijdens het vasten zal er een constant gevoel zijn om te eten en zelfs een gevoel van offer wanneer we eten. Dus beperkt je zelf zodanig tot het eten van vruchten of een lichte soep, waardoor het honger gevoel blijft.

Belangrijke uitzonderingen:

Iedereen die medicijnen innemen of onder behandeling zijn moeten eerst hun dokter raadplegen. Niet lukraak dingen doen.

Type van voedsel die inbegrepen was in Daniel's vasten:

* Alle groenten: liefst verse of bevroren groenten, aardappelen, bonen en soyabonen paddestoelen, tomaten, chilipeper, asperges, brocolli, wortels.

* Alle vruchten:100% vruchtensap of vruchten, appelsap, sinnasappelsap, grapefruitsap, cranberrysap, peren, pruimen, rozijnen, nectarine, bananen, meloen, kiwi, mango's, vijgen.

*Het is toegestaan om vitaminen te nemen, mineralen en verschillende soorten noten om te dienen als een proteïne supplement.

Voedsel die niet inbegrepen is in Daniel's vasten: (afblijven)

* Suiker en suiker houdende producten (toetje, limonade, gezoete sappen enz.) * Koffie, thee en dranken die kaffeïne bevatten alcohol, energie dranken
* Brood, granen, rijst, chips enz.
* Vlees, vis, gevogelte, melk, eieren, boter, magarine, friet

Water:

Veel water drinken. Minsten 8 glazen tijdens het vasten. Is heel belangrijk!

Effecten die kunnen optreden:

Je zult hoofdpijn ervaren op de eerste dag, maar dit komt doordat je lichaam zich ontdoet van kaffeïne, zout, suiker en verschillende onreinheden.

"Want het Koninkrijk Gods bestaat niet in eten en drinken,... het is wat God doet met je leven, terwijl Hij het recht maakt, bij elkaar brengt en het afmaakt met vreugde. Jou taak is recht op het doel afgaan Christus dienen."

His eternal faithfulness. Yeshua means Saviour. He came to save the sinners, the poor and the weak. His Kingdom now lives in us and our future is filled with hope. He is coming to judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity. Every knee will bow before the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, Yeshua Ha-Mashiach. In Yeshua we find strenght, peace and refuge. In His mercy He is reaching out to people who live in darkness, sin, sickness, bondage and slavery. Read the Bible because faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.

God Almighty who made everything!

Heb 11:1  Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
Heb 11:2  For by it the people of old received their commendation.
Heb 11:3  By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible.

God's signature is found everywhere we look. From the largest of galaxies to the smallest of creatures...His indescribable beauty, harshness, elegance, and purpose are self-evident. If you cannot see this, then you are truly blind.

The Knowledge of God transcends science and reason. It exists on a plane of consciousness that exceeds the vanities of men. The most spectacular works of literature, art, and music cannot touch it...or even come close.

If you are in disbelief of this utmost true fact, then you are not only blind, but you should feel ashamed of yourself for your exceeding pride and arrogance.

The Glory goes to God! Whether you believe this to be true or not. In the end, ALL will bow down to Him.

I hope it will help you to get more insight into what is truth and what is not. Yeshua say's that He is the only way, the truth and the light. In the Bible we are warned to not belief in little idols, our own insights or in witchcraft and conspiracy theories. God Almighty, our Father in Heaven, is the God of Israël. He is the one true God of Abraham, Isaak and Jakob. In Isaiah 45 verses 5-8 it say's:

"I am Jehovah; there is no other God. I will strenghten you and send you out to victory even though you don't know me, and all the world from east to west will know there is no other God. I am Jehovah and there is no one else. I alone am God. I form the light and make the dark. I sent good times and bad. I, Jehovah, am he who does these things. Open up, O heavens. Let the skies pour out their righteousness. Let salvation and righteousness sprout up together from the earth. I, Jehovah, created them."

And in Isaiah 44 verse 6:

"Thus saith Jehovah, the King of Israël  and his Redeemer, Jehovah of hosts: I am the first, and I am the last; and besides me there is no God."

May He alone be worth our praise.

Psa 22:2  O my God, I cry by day, but you do not answer, and by night, but I find no rest.
